1. Your profile 1.1 As a member you have to submit and create your profile during registration that must describe you as an individual person. You may provide true information and statements in your profile in order to keep the network relevant and useful. You may take your time to fill out your profile page properly. 1.2 You may not create a profile that purports to represent an object, imaginary creature, animal, a real person or any other fictional character or person who is not you. In addition, you may not upload profile pictures of any other person than of you, or of non existent persons or other fictional characters. Finally, the photographs uploaded as your profile pictures shall not contain any trade marks or company logos and you warrant and represent that the public display of the photographs posted does not infringe any copyrights or other rights of third parties. 1.3 Please note that we have the right to review and without further warning immediately delete any profiles that contain any content or photographs that infringe these terms of service or which might be contrary to any applicable legislation, or that might infringe the rights of other members and/or third parties. 2. Invitation rules 2.1 You may invite only trusted people. 2.2 You may have only one account. Fake or second accounts for yourself are not allowed. 2.3 You may invite compatible people working or having a particular interest in the International Business. 2.4 Nicknames, aliases or fake names are against our quality rules. 3. Use of the network 3.1 Do not spam others members You may not transmit any form of "chain letters," "junk mail", or unsolicited mass mail “spamming” to other members. Comments on other members profile are specific to that member. Spam in comments, forums, wall, blogs, is not allowed. 3.2 Content posted on the Web Site and/or transmitted to other Members. You are solely responsible for the photographs, images, statements and other content that you display, publish or post on the public sections of the Web Site. You warrant and represent that the public display, publishing, transmitting and/or posting of such content does not infringe any intellectual property rights (copyrights, trade marks, patents, etc.) or any other rights of members or third parties and is not contrary to any applicable legislation. In particular, you may not display, publish or post any content on the Web Site or transmit such content to other members that contains any content protected by intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trade marks, patents) of a third party without the authorization of such third party; contains offensive language, including but not limited to abusive language, statements of racism, sexual harassment, threat of physical harm of any kind against any group or person; displays any pornographic materials or any contents that violate any applicable legislation for the protection of minors; or advertise or promote, offer or distribute any such pornographic materials; promotes commercial activities such as: lotteries, gambling, and pyramid schemes. 3.3 Nudity Content You may not post nudity photo as long as they are amateurish, vulgar, or pornographic. Artistic nudity photos are allowed in your profile page uniquely if they showcase a photographer book or model. Photos which depict sex acts,masturbation,sex toys, and offensive contents are strictly forbidden. .1.doc
